德国机械设备制造业联合会（VDMA， Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau）是欧洲的工业协会联合会，有3500多家会员企业，总部位于美茵河畔法兰克福。
德国机械设备制造业联合会上海代表处（VDMA SRO）成立于2017年5月，在华设立已近二十年。
VDMA SRO 为在华设立的德国制造业会员企业提供一系列的专业服务，其中包括但不限于细分行业报告、在华德国制造业行业大会、面对德国企业的公开课和内部培训、德国CEO高管早餐会、各类德国企业中高层人士的研讨会、细分行业的中国经理人管理层会议等等。
德国机械设备制造业联合会上海代表处（VDMA SRO） 与其官方服务公司德中维迪玛商务咨询（北京）有限公司上海分公司（GMECS SH), 每年都需要招募几位来自于各大高校的比较优秀的学生参加有偿的工作实习，在实习结束后学生们除了可以了解在华德国制造企业的信息增加经验和阅历之外，也可以获得相关的实习证明。

职位描述：
1. 负责公司新媒体平台的日常运营，包括微信公众号、小程序等。
2. 负责协助项目经理完成细分行业上的相关项目任务。
3. 协助上级领导完成活动营销宣传及组织策划等其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限，新闻与传播、市场营销、工商管理、广告类、德语、英语、机械等相关专业优先。
2. 较好的英语书面能力以及口语水平，德语能力可作为加分项。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，性格积极主动，工作细致认真，有一定的抗压能力。
4. 熟练使用 Excel 、 PPT ，熟悉新媒体平台的运营规则和操作流程优先，有活动策划经验者优先。
5. 每周至少出席三天，实习三个月以上者优先，能尽快到岗者优先。
岗位亮点：
1. 参与公司各种有趣的活动，接触不同行业专家与管理层人员，开拓视野，深度锻炼社交能力和活动策划能力。
2. 提供专业指导，带您深入了解公司下属四大细分行业热点趋势，培养项目管理能力和市场调研能力。
3. 地处上海市中心静安寺，工作环境舒适，交通便利；
内部氛围好，免费饮料，弹性打卡时间。
4. 可开实习证明。
实习薪资： 150-180 元 / 天
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the daily operation of the company's new media platform, including WeChat public number, small program, etc.
2. Responsible for assisting the project manager to complete the relevant project tasks on the segmented industries.
3. Assist the superior leaders to complete the activity marketing promotion and organization planning and other related work.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, news and communication, marketing, business administration, advertising, German, English, machinery and other related majors are preferred.
2. Good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus.
3. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, be curious and active in work, with a certain degree of stress resistance.
4. Skilled in Excel, PPT, familiar with the operation process of new media platform is preferred, experience in event planning is preferred.
5. Attend at least three days a week, for more than three months is preferred. Those who can arrive at work as soon as possible are preferred.

2. Provide professional guidance, take you to understand the hot trends of the four major industries under the company that cultivate your project management and market research skills.
Internship salary: 150-180 yuan/day
